Address changes & cancellations

You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible (you can still return eligible items under our refund policy).

30-Day Returns

If something isn’t quite right, you can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories, plus proof of purchase.

Return shipping & refunds

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is free. For change of mind (size, color, preference), the customer covers return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection, and may take up to 14 business days to appear depending on your bank/card issuer.
