1. The draw
Each calendar month, Nude & Nero selects one winner at random. The winner receives a full refund of one qualifying order placed during that month (100% cashback), including standard shipping charges, refunded to the original payment method.
2. How to enter
With a purchase: every order placed on nudeandnero.com during a calendar month counts as one entry into that month's draw. Multiple orders mean multiple entries.
Without a purchase (free entry): no purchase is necessary. You may enter the draw once per calendar month by sending an email to support@nudeandnero.com with the subject line "Monthly Draw Entry" including your full name and email address. Free entries have the same chance of winning as purchase entries. If a free entry wins, the winner receives a store credit equal to the average order value of that month's draw pool.
3. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Nude & Nero and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. Winner selection & notification
The winner is drawn at random from all entries within the first week of the following month. The winner is notified by email at the address on their order or entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
5. The prize
One full refund of one order (or store credit for free entries, as described above). No cash alternative beyond the refund itself. The refund covers the product total and standard shipping of the winning order; it does not cover import duties or taxes charged by third parties.
6. General
Signing up through our website popup or email list is not required to enter but is how we announce winners and share draw reminders. This promotion is a prize draw, not a lottery or gambling product. Nude & Nero reserves the right to amend or pause the draw with notice on this page; any month in which orders were placed will always be completed with a winner.
