Clear Shipping, From Order to Delivery

We process orders within 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 1–9 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days from the order cut-off time.

Order cut-off time is 12:00 AM (ET). You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, and Canada.

There are no additional handling or processing fees at checkout.

Address Changes & Cancellations

You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

You can still return eligible items under our Refund Policy.

30-Day Returns

If something isn’t quite right, you can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

Return Shipping & Refunds

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is free.

For change of mind returns, such as size, color, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
